ABOUT
I was born in Barcelona and I currently live in Washington DC.
I started painting at the studio of the local artist Mily Munoz when I was 16, and I have not really stopped since.
My work has followed my personal life very closely.

My travels are my main source of inspiration. Australia, Vietnam, Mexico, the US and China are among the places that have influenced me the most. I have been lucky to live in some of these countries for long periods of time which has given me a deeper insight into their culture and mentality.

Whenever I feel something special I try to express it in my paintings, mostly watercolors, my favorite technique.

I am preparing my first 'solo' exhibition in California. "Transitions" will show my paths through some of the most amazing and inspirational places I have been lucky to experience.

I have exhibited my paintings in several galleries, in Los Angeles (California), Cardedeu, Sitges, Barcelona, Mataro, Granollers and la Garriga (in Spain) and Sydney and Melbourne (in Australia) and I received an award in the 2nd Concurs de Pintura Rapida of Cardedeu (Competition of Fast Painting), in 2010.

I have also illustrated 4 books, my last one being turned into a TV cartoon for a Spanish national TV channel.
